Welcome!

The Central Pennsylvania Friends of Jazz is dedicated to the education, promotion and presentation of Jazz, America's original art form. 

 

Formed in 1980, CPFJ is a non-profit membership organization serving a diverse community of jazz lovers and students in South Central Pennsylvania.    

 

We produce a Spring & Fall Concert Series, six concerts annually; the Central PA Jazz Festival; our annual CPFJ Picnic, Jam Sessions, and other events.  

CPFJ annually hosts the Central PA Jazz Camp for students 12 - 21, a scholarship program, and the CPFJ Youth Band.    

 

THE VIBE, Central PA's Jazz Newsletter, is published 10 times a year and is available on this web site.
